RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund per this Return Policy. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Items with a ship date of less than 30 days old from today’s date: 

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of the ship date for a partial refund (less shipping and handling charges and subject to a 20% restocking fee). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. 

Items with a ship date of more than 30 days old from today’s date: 

We regret that we cannot offer refunds, product returns or exchanges on orders that are over 30 days old. If the product is defective, you should contact the product manufacturer for assistance. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Please Note: A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. 

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Your credit will be issued to your method of payment once the return has been received in our warehouse and its condition has been verified.

EXCEPTIONS 

The following items can never be returned: 

· Opened items

· Used items

· Items that are not in their original “new” condition

· Items that were purchased more than 30 days ago

Items that are defective upon receipt: 

You may return items that were damaged/defective upon arrival within 15 days of the ship date for exchange of the same item. If a replacement for the item is not currently in stock, then we will refund the entire amount of your order (including shipping and handling) to your method of payment. Defective items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please use Contact Us form located on this Web site to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When contacting us, you must indicate the reason for the return (defective upon receipt). We will then issue you an RMA number and return instructions. Only returns with a valid RMA will be credited. Your credit will be issued to your method of payment once the return has been received in our warehouse and its condition has been verified.
