Return Policy

Orders Under 30 Days Old
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CharlesSimpson.com within 30 days of the date of purchase for a partial refund (less shipping and handling charges and subject to a 10% restocking fee). Items should be returned in their original product packaging.  Please use the contact form above to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return instructions before attempting to return an item.  Only items returned with a valid RMA will be accepted and credited.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds or product returns on orders that are over 30 days old.

Product Warranty

CharlesSimpson.com does not warrant or provide support for any product.  You should consult any documentation that came with the product and/or contact the manufacturer of the product for any product assistance that you may require.  Most manufactures offer at least a 1-year limited product warranty but that is not always the case.  Please check the product documentation for information on any warranty that the manufacturer may provide.
