We started CharlesSimpson.com on April 1st, 2008 as a small, family owned business. Our family members have been involved in the wholesale industry for many years prior to starting CharlesSimpson.com.com. We are now focusing on using the Internet as a tool to provide savings to customers across our great country.
We had hoped that starting on April Fool’s Day would be a blessing in disguise. However, we did not know that the state of the economy, at the time, would later be referred to as being officially in a recession. We will continue to strive to reduce overhead costs and bring the best value to our customers.
Our Green Initiative
We very much support the environment. Our environmental commitment is carried out in two phases:
We are committed to recycling and reuse of material whenever possible. Chances are that the packing material that comes with your order was either made of recycled material or reused from the carton that the manufacturer/distributor sent to us. Doing so helps reduce our overhead thus saving you money and helps the environment by reducing demand for new packing materials.
Depending on the manufacturer/distributor policies, in most cases we will have your order shipped directly from them to you. This reduces the cost of having to ship the item twice (once to us then again to you) which reduces our overhead and saves you money. This practice also has an environmental impact as it reduces the repackaging of products and reduces the fuel and related shipping impact on our environment.

Most orders are processed and shipped either on the same business day that they were ordered or the next business day via the carrier that you select during checkout from one or more of the following warehouse locations:

We do not ship internationally at this time. As our company grows, we may expand the number of countries that we do business with.

Return Policy
Orders that are defective upon receipt:
You may items that were damaged/defective upon arrival within 7 days of the ship date for exchange of the same item. If a replacement for the item is not currently in stock then we will refund the entire amount of your order (including shipping and handling) to your method of payment. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please use the contact us form located on this Web site to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When contacting us, you must indicate the reason for the return (defective upon receipt). We will then issue you an RMA number and return instructions. Only returns with a valid RMA will be credited. Your credit will be issued to your method of payment once the return has been received in our warehouse and its condition has been verified.
Orders with a ship date of less than 30 days old from today’s date:
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of the ship date for a partial refund (less shipping and handling charges and subject to a 5% restocking fee). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please use the contact us form located on this Web site to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When contacting us, you must indicate the reason for the return and if the item has or has not been opened. We will then issue you an RMA number and return instructions. Only returns with a valid RMA will be credited. Your credit will be issued to your method of payment once the return has been received in our warehouse and its condition has been verified.
Orders with a ship date of more than 30 days old from today’s date:
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or product returns on orders that are over 30 days old. If the product is defective, you should contact the product manufacturer for assistance.
Product Support & Warranty
Our business is to give you, the customer, great value on a variety of merchandise. We are not able to warrant or provide support for any product. You should consult any documentation that came with the product and/or contact the manufacturer of the product for any product assistance that you may require. Most manufacturers offer at least a 1-year limited product warrant but that is not always the case. Please check the product documentation for information about any warranty that the manufacturer may provide.
